Mixed Stakeholders occuping the plot i.e. Society,its members, original Landlord, Lessor, Lessee and Tenants without Conveyance. After our appointment, Conveyance obtained in favor of the society, before demolition by settling and securing every stake holder’s rights, at the cost and expenses of the appointed developer. All the Stake Holders received their respective dues. and now building is successfully completed and handed over as per the agreed terms in the first Covid waves. Members and Tenants got the Rent for the Covid Period also.

The construction of one of the finest structures has been completed and handed over to the members.
