To verify all the documents of the society plot i.e. legal, including Sale Deed, Lease Deed, Deed of Conveyance, Deed of transfer / assignment. To verify the Property Register Card, Town Planning Remarks. To understand the members requirement both legal & technical and prepare and present the Draft of Bid Document before the General Body. Suggest ways and means of entire tendering process inviting offers from reputed developers. To verify the bids & the contents therein received from participating bidders, prepare a Comparative chart of offer received, to verify the legal status of the participating bidders. To Prepare or Vet the letter of Intent to be issued to successful bidder, Vetting/ addition / deletion of clauses in Draft Development Agreement, Power of Attorney, permanent alternate accommodation agreement (PAAA) and all such legal documents that may be required to be executed in the process and to finalize the same considering the safety and interest of society.
